Freebies
Ok, I was looking through last weeks Rite-aid ad and I noticed that they were once again giving away free light bulbs and that's when...DING!...the light bulb over my head went off.
I'd forgotten to mention that I will also be mentioning any freebies that I come across on here. Any that I find in advertisements and any that I receive. Also, be on the look out for any local organizations offering freebies.
And, just so you know, when I say free, I mean FREE. None of those bogo (buy one, get one) deals. The most you'll pay is taxes or shipping. The item itself must be free.

Raise your hand if you knew that Walmart gave away free samples?
Actually, the mega-giant gives away free samples, free "tools", free music, and, of course, offer special savings to the shopping awaree.
Why? Because good ol' Wally recognizes the value in the "try-it-before-you-buy-it" marketing campaign.
Want to know if kitty will like Fancy Feast Appetizers before you plunk down the bucks? Well, head on over to Wally World's sample page and get Mrs. Claws a free can.
Does Nicorette gum really work? Hm, as of this posting, you can certainly go and get yourself a free piece to see if you'll have peace from your nicotine craving.
The rules:
*By mail. While supplies last. Limit (1) sample per household. Samples are only available to consumers in the United States.
The only downside that I see is that you have to fill out the form for each sample. Not that long, so really not that big of a deal. Hm, wonder if it is different if you create an account first. A test for another day.
Oh, and it can take 4 weeks or more to receive your sample, so please feed Mr. Puss something else in the meantime, ok? Lol.
